East Finchley Festival is an inclusive FREE community event produced for the benefit of the local community. Our next festival will take place in Cherry Tree Wood on 21st June 2026.
The one-day event is a fun day out for thousands of N2 locals. It consists of two stages with live music and dance from local performers, hot and cold food, licensed bars, a huge local makers’ market and activities for all ages.
The festival is entirely volunteer-run and receives no external funding. It is managed by East Finchley Festival CIC (Community Interest Company), which is a certified social enterprise.
Our costs include the hire of staging, marquees, sound teams, security, toilets, bins and skips, licences, insurance and of course the hire of the park – all of which runs into tens of thousands of ££s.
We fund this primarily by the sale of vendor pitches, raffle tickets and – most importantly – sponsorship from local businesses.
