It is with a heavy heart that the directors of East Finchley Festival CIC must announce that we will not be able to stage this year’s East Finchley Festival, scheduled for 21st June in Cherry Tree Wood.
We wish to thank everyone who donated to the crowdfunder, and the numerous sponsors, volunteers and performers who had so far committed to participating in this year’s event. We appreciate that this decision is disappointing, but we hope you understand that we must prioritise public health.
At present, it looks unlikely that we will be able to reschedule for later in 2020, however we will continue to monitor the situation and to plan for an event in Summer 2021.
If you have any questions regarding the festival please email: email@example.com
East Finchley Community Festival is an inclusive FREE one-day community festival in London N2, which has been bringing the community together for over 40 years.
It is staged in Cherry Tree Wood, right opposite East Finchley tube station. Every year its mix of live music and performance art, children’s activities, sports, local craft and food stalls and a licenced bar, attracts thousands of visitors of all ages.
The festival is run by a huge army of volunteers overseen by East Finchley Festival CIC. Whist the festival is funded partly by revenue from stalls, advertising and the raffle, we rely heavily on sponsorship from local businesses and kind donations from the public. See how you can get involved.
