Book a stall

Next Event: Sunday 5th September 2021.

We welcome applications from good quality craft stalls and local community organisations. We discourage the sale or giveaway of single-use disposable items and request that our food vendors, in particular, are mindful of the environmental impact of their packaging.
Please note that if you wish to run an activity on your stall, you will be required to provide a Risk Assessment and evidence of Public Liability Insurance.

Please note that stallholders who had already booked and paid for a pitch for 2020 will be given priority booking for the 2021 festival.

General (non-food) pitches are 3m x 3m.
One table of 2m x 1m is provided. You are welcome to bring your own gazebos and chairs.
