Book a stall

*PLEASE NOTE: As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the 2020 East Finchley Festival has been cancelled and all stallholders refunded.
If we are given the go-ahead to stage a festival in 2021, stallholders who had aleady booked and paid for a pitch for 2020 will be given priority booking.

We welcome applications from good quality craft stalls and local community organisations. We discourage the sale or giveaway of single-use disposable items and request that our food vendors, in particular, are mindful of the environmental impact of their packaging.


General (non-food) pitches are 3m x 3m.
One table of 2m x 1m is provided.
You are welcome to bring your own gazebos and chairs.
Alternatively, chairs can be hired at £3 each on a first come first served basis.

*Charities must be headquartered in London N2 and established for the benefit of the local community to qualify for the community rate.

A single 3m wide x 6m deep stall at the festival is £150* for hot/cold takeaway food, or £75* for confectionery only.
One table of 2m x 1m is provided per pitch.
You are welcome to bring your own gazebos and chairs.
Please note that generators are not permitted.
