We welcome applications from quality local* artisan makers/craft stalls and food vendors, and N2-based community organisations and businesses.
We are a certified carbon-neutral event, therefore we ask that all our vendors are mindful of the environmental impact** of their goods, and keep packaging to an absolute minimum, as far as is practical.
Please note that if you wish to run an activity on your stall, you will be required to provide a Risk Assessment.
*N/NW postcodes/approximately 5 mile radius
**The sale, use or giveaway of the following is prohibited: single-use non-compostable food and drink containers, single-use straws (unless for medical reasons), foil and plastic balloons, glitter, slime, cheap/disposable plastic toys, plastic bags, items containing propellants, helium or batteries.
General (non-food) pitches are 3m x 3m.
One table of 2m x 1m is provided. You are welcome to bring your own gazebos and chairs.

Local businesses (N2 and adjacent postcodes)

*Charities must be headquartered in London N2, fully inclusive and established for the benefit of the local community to qualify for the community rate.

Cold/pre-prepared food fixed pitch*: 3m x 3m pitch (cold food/confectionery only): £85.00+VAT
Hot food fixed pitch*: 3m wide x 6m deep pitch (space for gazebo with prep area behind): £170.00+VAT
Hot food van pitch: 6m wide x 4m deep (self-contained van pitch): £220.00+VAT
*One table of 2m x 1m is provided per fixed pitch (not vans). You are welcome to bring your own gazebos and chairs. Please note that generators are not permitted on fixed pitches.
Applications will be accepted from February onwards. We endeavor to make sure that there is a wide range of food outlets, with no duplication, therefore all appliations will be reviewed thoroughly prior to being accepted. Priority is given to returning traders and applicants local to London N2.
Please note that any disposable packaging should be degradeable/compostable via domestic facilities and that single-use plastics are not permitted.
